WomenInCtrl was built to address a simple gap: many women have strong ideas and skills, but not enough support to turn them into real ventures or access funding.
Build, test, and refine
Instead of theory, it’s a hands-on, 3-day experience where participants step into building a startup. They form teams, shape ideas, and work across different skills to turn early thoughts into real concepts.
With continuous mentorship in business, tech, marketing, and finance, ideas are challenged and refined. Participants use tools like the Business Model Canvas to think beyond the idea, focusing on value, users, and sustainability.
Pitch with confidence
The journey ends with investor-style pitches, where teams present to ecosystem leaders and get direct feedback.
But it’s more than the final pitch. WomenInCtrl builds confidence, creates lasting networks, and helps participants understand what it really takes to turn an idea into something investable.
