NESWA Community & Club
Connection that continues
A community to return to
NESWA is more than a network, it’s a living ecosystem for women in tech, business, and entrepreneurship. It was built to solve a simple gap: programs end, but support shouldn’t.
Learning through connection
Through monthly gatherings, expert-led workshops, mentorship circles, and startup showcases, NESWA creates ongoing spaces for learning, connection, and growth. Every session is designed to be practical, relevant, and aligned with real-world trends.
Rooted in Ramallah. Connected beyond.
Based in Ramallah and operating in a hybrid format, NESWA connects women across the West Bank, East Jerusalem, Gaza, and the wider diaspora, making access real, not symbolic.
It strengthens skills, builds meaningful connections, encourages leadership, and keeps engagement going beyond any single program.
At its core, NESWA is about continuity, creating a space women can return to, grow in, and stay connected to over time.
A conversation can open a new world.
A NESWA session introduced women in STEM to TechWomen. Three of the four women selected for the 2025 Palestinian delegation had attended that session.
Participants described how hearing from alumnae and receiving practical guidance helped them understand the opportunity and approach their applications with confidence.
It is one example of what can grow when women share knowledge and encourage one another.
