Founder Nadiah Sabaneh’s journey in telecommunications engineering revealed how much opportunity depends on access to the right networks, support, and decision-making spaces.
She saw talented women developing ideas and solving problems, while navigating barriers to leadership and entrepreneurship. That lived experience became FINOMENA’s purpose: connect women’s potential with an ecosystem that helps it grow.
What began by bringing women together grew into mentorship, practical learning, innovation challenges, and lasting community connections.
