EQUALS in Tech Award
Celebrating women’s leadership in technology.
A shared achievement
From its launch on International Women’s Day in 2023 to recognition in Barcelona in 2026, WE Women has grown through the commitment of women, mentors, and ecosystem partners.
WE Women by FINOMENA won the Leadership in Tech category at the 2026 EQUALS in Tech Awards, presented during Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
From opening STEM pathways for girls to connecting young women with mentorship, careers, and leadership opportunities, this recognition celebrates a journey built together by women, mentors, partners, and allies.
Nadiah Sabaneh received the award on behalf of FINOMENA, bringing the story of our Palestinian community to a global audience.
