Curiosity is the beginning

TechSeedlings started from a simple idea: the earlier girls are exposed to tech, the more naturally they see themselves in it.

Learn by creating

It’s a multi-day, hands-on experience focused on exploration and creativity, not theory. Participants discover technologies like AI and cloud computing in a way that feels approachable and exciting.

They don’t just learn, they build. Through 3D design and virtual reality, they experiment, test ideas, and bring them to life. Using tools like the Business Model Canvas, they also start connecting ideas to real-world impact.

Build together. Find your voice.

Teamwork is a big part of the journey, with group challenges that build problem-solving, communication, and creativity.

By the end, participants present their own ideas, sharing what they built and finding their voice.

At its core, TechSeedlings is about planting a seed, turning curiosity into confidence and helping girls see themselves as part of the future they’re learning about.

From discovery
to a first presentation.

A TechSeedlings cohort visited Paltel’s Data Center to explore cloud computing, then returned to Intersect to present the projects they had developed with mentor support.

Participants integrated Azure Custom Question Answering into their business models and received feedback from judges from Microsoft, Harri, and Paltel. The tourism team received the top prize.

The experience connected new technologies with teamwork, real-world applications, and the confidence to present an idea.
