WE Women

Mentorship & leadership

WE Women — FINOMENA community
The journey

Girls exploring STEM, university students, and women in professional or entrepreneurial roles.

The experience

STEM exposure, mentorship, job shadowing, and leadership conversations across different stages.

The connection

An ongoing link to the NESWA community so learning and support can continue.

A connected journey

Launched on International Women’s Day in 2023, WE Women grew from a shared commitment to women’s participation and leadership in technology.

WE Women was created to fix a common gap: support for women in tech is often scattered across different stages. Instead, it brings girls, students, and professionals into one connected journey where growth builds over time.

For girls exploring STEM

For school students (13–18), Tech Days and visits to innovation hubs offer early exposure and help expand what feels possible.

For university students

University STEM students (19–22) go through a four-month experience with global speakers, one-on-one mentorship, and job shadowing to gain direction and real-world insight.

For professionals and entrepreneurs

For professionals and entrepreneurs (22+), roundtables create space for honest conversations, stronger positioning, and direct connections with decision-makers.

Connections that continue

The journey continues through the NESWA community, keeping the support and connections alive.

At its core, WE Women is about building a continuous support system where each stage strengthens the next.
